At Valorem Audio we hand build our products to order, which means that it will take 2-3 weeks for the production before it can be shipped.

Due to parts and materials shortages the production time may extend in which case we will contact you.  



Once you have decided on the model and trim you would like to purchase, simply send us a message and we will contact you to confirm the order and send you Square invoice where you can use Square to pay with your credit card. The initial $250 invoice is for the deposit to get in the production queue. The final invoice for the remaining amount, including applicable tax and shipping, will be sent once the speaker is ready to be shipped. If you have any questions about the specific model or trim, please include your phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible. We are working on a checkout page to automate payment and shipping which will be available soon. 


Once you receive your speakers you will have 30 days to listen and make sure it is a match for your taste and system. If you decide you would like to return the product, please send us a message and we will start the return procedure. Shipping instructions are below, as well as the like-new condition policy. Please be aware that the $250 deposit is non refundable for Somnium and Specter with premium trim due to their trim material procurement cost. Let us know if you have any questions. 


If you decide to upgrade your speakers to a higher model within 90 days, we will give you a full refund on your speakers. Simply contact us and we will start the return procedure and send you the Square invoice for the difference towards your upgrade model. Shipping instructions are below, as well as the like-new condition policy. Let us know if you have any questions. 


Valorem Audio will issue you an UPS Authorized Return Shipping (ARS) label. Remove or completely cover up the original labels, then securely tape one completed ARS label to each package and take them to any official UPS drop-off site. Return shipping costs are deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories. To protect products in shipping please use the original over-box packaging.


Valorem Audio may refuse a customer return or charge a damage fee when the returned item is not like new. Conditions that will lead to refused returns or damage fees include when the returned item has: a different serial number than the one Valorem Audio originally shipped, damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment and or damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling including scratches and scuffs. Please report any shipping damages promptly and let us know if you find any blemishes out of the box so you don't get charged a damage fee on return.
