We will email you back the invoice together with Square Inc. link for credit card payment. Please allow two-three weeks for production. If you are ordering a demo pair please note it to the order.

 

Return  If you don't like your pair of speakers, for any reason, you can return them within 60 days for a full refund and only be responsible for cost of the insured shipping back. Speakers need to be returned in like new condition which is why we recommend reporting any shipping damage promptly. Like new condition is defined as free of damage from drops, spilled liquid or mishandling. We apologize for charging shipping but with direct sale pricing we cannot afford it. Thank you for your understanding. On improper packing. Please insure the return package as it is your responsibility to return speakers safely and if there is any damage during shipping then the shipper will take responsibility. In case the return is not insured and the speakers get damaged in transport, the damaged speaker will be returned to you without the refund.

SOMNIUM RETURN Due to their customizable nature, only black and white leather trims will be accepted back under the same policy as Primum and Specter. Somniums with other leather options will have return fee of 15% so we suggest ordering a black or white model with a popular wood trim if you are just demoing the speaker so that you can avoid these charges.
